USERNAME/PASSWORD ISSUES: If you are having trouble logging in
because you have lost or can not remember your username or password please use the form below
and give us as much information about your account as possible so that we may pull up your
information and get your info back to you. Your user ID, IF you can remember it, the email
address that you signed up with and or your first and last name will work. NOTE: please do
not attempt to login over and over with bad information because the security system will lock
you out of the site and we will have to reinstate you as a member. Thank you.
BROWSER ISSUES: If you are having trouble
viewing any of our content due to browser issues please make sure
that you have the latest version of (IE) Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari,
Netscape or whatever browser you are currently using. You will need
to make sure that you are up to date with the current version and
that all ActiveX controls and Flash Plugins have been installed
by clicking the "install plugin" prompt
that will be visible at the top of most browsers when these issues
occur.
Please be aware that all websites do not always look exactly the same in
all web browsers. There may be tiny or drastic differences. Some things that
work fine in one browser such as FireFox for example may not always work the same
way or even at all in another browser such as IE for example or Safari if your a
mac person, or visa versa.
This does
not mean that one browser is better than another, it simply means that they are coded
differently to display web pages or preform task. Do not be alarmed or get frustrated, this
is simply due to the different coding platforms that various web browsers use to
display websites in their own way. It can be a real pain, but it is just part of
today's internet!

as popups and my not open or display properly. To avoid this issue,
please make sure that all popup blockers are disabled while viewing

VIDEO VIEWING ISSUES: If you are experiencing problems
viewing videos please make sure that you have the LATEST VERSION OF FLASH PLAYER HERE! More than likely this
will not be necessary. All videos stream instantly in a custom
flash player with no download or wait times. But if they simply will not play dl flash and try again or contact us.
PLEASE REPORT ALL BUGS SUCH AS NON WORKING VIDS, PICS, FUNCTIONS ETC: We will address any bugs that you may find ASAP! We have worked long and hard
on this site for all our so hopefully everything should run pretty smoothly but just in case you find something let us know or if you think something could
be better in any way let us know that as well and we will get right on it! =)
